DIY Papaya Face Packs for Dry Skinned Beauties

DIYs are a lot of fun to do. You can work around your favorite ingredient and get the maximum benefits out of it. Papaya is one such fruit that I love to eat, I never knew that that papaya has so many good properties which are so beneficial for our skin. So, I decided to make face packs using this fruit. Face Mask 1

Ingredients:

Mashed papaya, 2 tbsp raw milk and 1 tbsp honey

Method:

Take the ripe papaya in bowl and mash it with the help of spoon or a blender. Now add 2 tbsp of raw milk and 1 tbsp of honey to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well and make a fine paste.

Apply on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

This is a moisturizing face mask and a boon for dry skinned beauties. This face mask works wonders if applied frequently.

Face Mask 2

Ingredients:

Mashed papaya, 1 tbsp oatmeal and 1 tbsp honey

Method:

Take mashed papaya and add honey to it. Add oatmeal and mix using a spoon to make a fine paste. Apply on your face for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with normal water.

Benefits:

Application of this mask twice in a week will help to soothe dry skin and will provide an intense moisturisation.

Papaya:
Papaya cleanses the skin and as it contains papain which promotes skin renewal and is responsible for that healthy glow on your skin. Papaya is also rich in vitamin A, E and C and it has many anti-oxidants which moisturize the skin and clears the dirt and dark spots.

Raw milk:
Raw milk has the potential to penetrate deeper into the skin to moisturize it thoroughly. Raw milk works as a skin cleanser too as it helps to clean the pores, dirt and even blackheads.

Honey:
Honey is an anti bacterial and full of so many antioxidants which help to moisturize the skin from within and delay the aging process.

Oatmeal:
Oats works great for dry and flaky skin. It helps to remove the dead skin cells and penetrates deep into the skin to provide that much needed deep moisturizing to your skin.
