Hair type: soft, smooth but thin hair with dry ends
Scalp: oily & greasy
Today I want to share a hair pack recipe which helps to fight against summer hair problems. I have extremely oily scalp and my hair sweats a lot. Overall, it causes a lot of rashes and allergy on my scalp. Also, the heat reduces the shine of my hair. I love to use DIY hair packs for my hair and such packs really keep my hair healthy. This recipe cures all my summer hair care woes and gives me healthy and shiny hair.
Fenugreek Seeds: Fenugreek seeds are super effective if you want to make your hair strong and healthy from the roots to the tips. These seeds reduce hair fall and promote hair growth. They provide an amazing shine and gloss to dull hair. They make my hair shine.
Cucumber: Cucumber has a refreshing nature which keeps hair clean and fresh for longer. It actually controls hair fall. It helps to solve the problem of hair thinning and promotes hair growth. It gives a fresh shine to hair and makes my hair smooth. It is really helpful if you have thin, limp and greasy hair.
Garlic: Garlic fights against germs and infection. It promotes hair growth and controls hair fall. It actually helps to promote blood circulation of the scalp and keeps it healthy. It keeps hair dandruff- free and fresh.
Neem Oil: Neem oil is super effective on rashes and problematic scalp. It cures itchy and irritated scalp. It instantly clears all the infections and purifies the skin. It also reduces dandruff. It helps to control hair fall and keeps hair healthy and soft.
Milk: The moisturizing properties of milk are great for hair conditioning. It also promotes hair growth. It repairs dry and damaged hair and helps to gain moisture. It provides a natural shine to the dull hair and keeps scalp moisturized. It provides enough hydration to stop hair breakage.
1. Make an extremely fine paste of fenugreek seeds and add ½ cup of milk to it. Mix this paste smoothly.
2. Add 1 ½ tablespoon of cucumber paste to it and mix all the ingredients nicely.
3. Add ½ a spoon of garlic paste and 1 spoon of neem oil to it. Now combine all the ingredients well until it becomes a smooth medium thick paste.
4. Neem oil has a very strong and bad smell, so I have added 4-5 drops of lavender oil to it. Hair pack ready to be used now.
Comb your hair nicely and then apply this pack to your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap and keep the pack on for 30 to 45 minutes. Then, rinse with normal water. I always shampoo my hair the next day. It is quite difficult to remove the fenugreek seeds from hair.
But don’t panic and don’t try to remove it during the shower. Let your hair dry first and when it dries out completely, then comb your hair with a fine comb. It helps to remove all the seeds from hair. Use this pack on a casual day when you don’t need to go out. Shampoo your hair the next day.
This hair pack has so many benefits for hair. It smells a little bad because of the neem oil. But, neem oil is the most important ingredient in this pack. I have been using this twice a week to reduce my rashes. And it just works so well on my hair. My scalp feels smooth and all the rashes have been reduced now. It makes scalp clean and gives a soothing effect to the scalp. It keeps my scalp oil-free and gives a refreshing experience.
Overall this pack makes hair soft and smooth. It gives a visible shine to my hair. My hair looks healthy and shiny. It also works on dandruff and irritated scalp. It is also effective for hair fall. Basically, it solves all my hair woes and keeps my hair healthy. Hope you will enjoy this recipe too.
