Sleek Eden Eye Dust

Beauties! 😀
What’s up?

Eyes are one of the best features in a woman, and playing up with a little color can make them look a hundred times attractive!! I just love to experiment with eye make-up, especially pigments. They can be used according to our liking, without looking tooover the top. So, here I come up with another product review that has been my most favorite for a long time now, and I still can’t get enough of it!!! If I could describe it in one word, well one word isn’t enough! 😛 LOL. I’d call it “GAAAWWWJJUS”!! So, I’m sure you know by now that this is going to be a rave review, because I love this baby!!

And I present to you, “Sleek eye dust in EDEN”!!! Eden reminds me of Adam and Eve! Okay, let’s not get carried away, this is not a Love Story! 😛

So first things first, the company claims that “Eye Dust eye shadows are hyper-pigmented pearlescent loose pigments which illuminate and highlight for a glamorous finish”. Does it live up to it? Totally!!!

It comprises of: Talc, Dimethicone, Mica, Methylparaben and propylparaben. May contain, CI 77007, CI 77510, CI 15850, CI 45410, CI 19140, CI 42090, CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77499. Suitable for vegetarians.

Price:

You pay 4.49 GBP for 6.5 gm.

Packaging:

The Sleek Eye Dust comes in a transparent jar packaging with a black cap, the color shows through it. It is a non-spill jar, with tiny holes to dust the color out. So, you can be sure that you are not going to end up with color more than you need, which gets it a thumbs up. The cap has sleek written over it in pink and the bottom showcases the shade name. The jar is pretty robust, so no chance of breaking and the quantity is huge.

Color:

The color is a really gorgeous metallic green with golden highlights. It is one of the best green eye shadows I own and use quite a lot. If you are looking for the perfect green eye shadow or pigment, your search ends here. The color looks the same on the lid as it is in the jar. The good part about pigments is that you do not need a lot of product to make your eyes stand out, “Less is always more”!!

Color pay-off:

The color pay-off is O-M-GEEEE!! It’s superbly pigmented and very blendable. I like how you can use it both wet and dry. It causes fall-out, but that is expected out of an eye dust, and a good baby/talcum powder can take care of that! It looks amazing when foiled, and it gives a very soft finish when used all by itself. And if you have brown eyes, You’re Golden!!! POP beautifully!

Texture:

The texture looks grainy in the jar, but the amazing part is, blending has never been a problem with this eye dust!!

Staying Power:

The staying power just like all the other wonderful traits of the product is Uh-mazing!!! It lasts a good 5 hours without a primer and a good 8-10 hours with it!
