Ever since I started using liquid lipsticks, I am unable to try the matte or creamy ones because nothing is better than liquid lipsticks for true lipstick lovers. I had picked some Dose of Colors liquid lipsticks a long time ago and after that tried Too Faced ones too. In this post, I would be reviewing this beautiful shade called “Kiss of Fire” by Dose of Colors.

My Experience with Dose of Colors Kiss of Fire Liquid Matte Lipstick:
Packaging: Dose of Colors liquid lipsticks come in these cardboard boxes with the name of it with a little swatch of the colour. It is great for gifting too. The liquid lipstick comes in a see-through packaging and you can easily spot the shades in your stash. The wand is perfectly shaped and great for application as well. It is a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth the money.
Shade: “Kiss of Fire” is a deep true blood red shade that will complement every skin tone for sure. It is a classy red lipstick that is perfect to wear for dates, weddings and parties. It will make you look s*xy in seconds. It does make your lips grab all the attention for sure. It is not too warm a red color that will wash out any complexion. This lipstick is totally wearable for day and evening wear as well. It is a bright red shade, so grab this only if you have the confidence because it makes your lips the center of attention.
Pigmentation and Finish: Dose of Colors liquid lipsticks are highly pigmented and cover easily cover the pigmentation on your lips. It has an ultra matte finish and dries pretty soon, hence you need to apply it quickly and carefully. It makes the lips look fuller and healthier as well. The matte finish makes the shade look even better and totally makes your whole makeup look classy. It goes smoothly and does not turn patchy at any point.
Staying Power: Kiss of Fire stays on for around 6-7 hours and there is no need for touch ups. You may only have to touch up if you eat oily food since it takes away the colour from the middle of the lips. This lipstick takes a lot of time to come off hence you need a good makeup remover as well.

- Gets ripped off from the middle of the lips if you eat something oily.
- Takes time to remove and you need a good water-proof makeup remover.
- Expensive but worth it.
Would I Repurchase/Recommend Dose of Colors Kiss of Fire Liquid Matte Lipstick?
Yes, highly recommended, especially this shade! Although you can get dupes of this color since this is a regular basic red shade, but “Kiss of Fire” from Dose of Colors is worth your money for sure.
