I recently got my hair cut and also got it straightened once again. I have fallen in love with straight hair, but the chemicals and heat used have resulted in hair fall. So I needed something to reduce my hair fall. I found this new shampoo and conditioner on the counter and couldn’t wait to try them out. Dove always delivers what it claims; their products have always worked for me. I have already reviewed the shampoo here, and this is conditioner’s review.

My Experience with Dove Advanced Hair Series Regenerate Nourishment Conditioner:

The product comes in a tube packaging with glossy outer finish. It is mostly white with a dash of bright red which makes it stand out on the counter. The tube is very stable. It has a flap cap which opens and closes easily. The plastic material of the tube is very soft making it easy to squeeze the conditioner. The amount of the product discharged can be easily controlled. I would declare it as travel safe packaging.

Just like the shampoo, the conditioner is also packed with the goodness of red algae and keratin complex. Red algae are known to be packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Keratin complex is good for hair. The conditioner mainly targets damaged hair. The damage can be due to coloring, heat, chemicals from styling products and also from environment like pollution. This was perfect for me since the heat and chemicals used for strengthening my hair have done quite a bit of damage.

I usually use a coin sized conditioner for my hair mostly concentrating on the tips. The consistency is creamy and spreads well. My hair feels silky smooth after using it, and smells amazing for few hours after use. My hair is not at all frizzy or dry, but has become well-conditioned, thanks to this conditioner. The fragrance of the conditioner is fresh and fruity. The smell and packaging make it more like a spa product.

It feels pampered whenever I use such kind of products and I think all of us deserve such kind of pampering. 🙂 I am not sure how well it’s helping my hair fall problem, but all I can see is that my hair feels nice, soft and silky. It works just perfectly with the partner shampoo.
