Today I will be reviewing a Dove lotion meant for extra dry skin. I always have a moisturizing lotion placed in the guest washroom and bought this as a replacement for my previous lotion. I normally try to select the ones that are not overpoweringly scented and would appeal to most people and I couldn’t have made a better choice.

My Experience with Dove Cream Oil Intensive Body Lotion:
The lotion comes in an opaque and sturdy white plastic bottle with a pump dispenser that easily discharges the desired amount of lotion. I personally love pump dispenser packaging in lotions as it is much easier to use and also prevents clogging of product in the tube.
However, it does not have any lock and open mechanism to avoid accidental leakage which makes it difficult to carry while travelling.
The lotion is white in colour with a creamy texture and it spreads easily on the skin without forming lumps. It gets absorbed instantly and does not leave any white cast/residue. It is truly deep moisturizing just as the product claims and it takes only a small amount per use. It leaves my extremely dry legs feeling smooth and soft.
It has a subtle clean scent that is not overpowering. For some reason, it reminds me of the scent of baby powders. The fragrance stays close to the skin and doesn’t linger for a long time.
Dove Cream Oil Intensive Body Lotion is a unisex product and is a perfect fit for a body lotion that everyone at home can use irrespective of age. It keeps my skin well hydrated and moisturized the whole day.
