Today’s review is about Dove Nourishing Secrets Avocado Invigorating Body Wash. I find Dove body washes very mild and the most pleasant ones. Dove has come up with a few new body washes and I could not resist but buy all of them.

My Experience with Dove Nourishing Secrets Avocado Invigorating Body Wash:
The body wash comes in a typical Dove packaging. It comes in a white plastic bottle with a flip cap. There is a beautiful picture of a cut avocado on the packaging. It’s handy and travel-friendly. The body wash is light green in color. I have always seen white body washes from Dove which is a clear indication that it is not artificially colored. The case is different here. The body wash looks light green and I was surprised by this change. The wash is translucent, quite runny and creamy at the same time. The product lathers very well and washes off easily too. I am not really a fan of added colors, and so, this is a negative for me.
The catchy point is the fragrance of the body wash. Since it is an avocado-based body wash, I was expecting it to be extremely mild in fragrance. I believe avocado is all about being mild. 😉 This body wash smells absolutely enchanting. It leaves the whole bathroom filled with this amazing fragrance. I could smell the fragrance even after sometime after the shower. The fragrance makes this body wash suitable for warmer climates. Plus point from my side for the fragrance.
A small amount of product is sufficient for my entire body. It lathers extremely well and leaves the skin very clean. My skin felt soft and smooth too but also slightly dry. I had to use a moisturizer after the shower. I have sensitive skin and have not noticed redness or adverse reaction on my skin due to the usage of this product.
Overall, it’s a good drugstore body wash with an amazing fragrance.
