My Experience with Dove Winter Care Body wash

This stuff is truly amazing and a life saver for me. Being blessed with incredibly dry skin all over my body ,this particular winter season has not been kind to. It’s no fun having contact itchy and flaky skin for which no amount of slathering up lotions can be enough. But even since I started using this body wash my skin has never felt smoother or softer.

I have always been impressed and pleased with Dove products but this product is by far the best I have used from this company. This is a limited edition product but I feel that that is only due to the fact that this body wash is so rich and creamy that it would not be suitable for summer times. I am hearing a lot of people being impressed with this product and therefore am pretty sure they will come out with this again next winter.

Packaging:

The body wash comes in a typical packaging which is universal to all dove body washes. A tear shaped bottle with a flip top cap. The amount of product for the price is very generous and should last for a long time.

Texture/Consistency:

This body wash is so rich and creamy and the thickest body wash I have ever used. The texture is almost like cake frosting but even more rich. It spreads so easy and quench my dry skins thirst almost instantly.

It does feel like you are literally rubbing a body butter on your skin which also happens to foams a little bit. There is not too much lather but I don’t mind it since it does make my skin clean and more importantly makes it moisturized and hydrated.

Fragrance:

I fragrance is very similar to the classic dove body washes/ bars if you may have used those but this winter care body wash does have a slight extra floral note to it too. Overall a very pleasant and one my favorite scents among body washes. Scent does linger faintly onto skin for few hours which gives you the refreshed feeling.

Effect on skin:

With every wash using this product my skin seems to get better and better. Skin feels so much smoother and softer and does not get dry easily. It does not leave a greasy layer on the skin yet after using this product I do not feel the need to slather on body lotions. Overall I feel this body wash will work for and please everyone. Go on and stock up on this this winter season and give your skin that extra pampering while its freezing cold outside.
