  1. Hi shilpi 🙂
I would recommend to regularly oil your hair. A mixture of coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil is perfect to cure dry rough hair, especially Indian hair. You mix all these oils in equal quantity, heat it and massage to your scalp. After massaging, take a towel, dip it in warm water and wrap it like a turban. This will help you a lot, I can guarantee 🙂 do this everytime hours before you wash your hair. You will notice a difference. And as far as I have knowledge, this will prove to be a saviour for your dandruff problem. Give it a try. 😀

  2. Shilpi…start oiling your hair regularly…use a mixture of olive, castor, almond and some essential oils…this will not only make soft but also prevent hairfall…also primerose oil works really well for hair strengthening…..goodluck!

  3. hey use curd+leamon juice mix them well and apply to your scalp it will help you with the dandruff problem.

either use bhringraj/shyamla oil it will reduce hairfall and provide strength to hair.
ur hair will also feel voluminous after using shyamla oil.

    good luck.:)

  4. hey Shilpi, treat one problem at a time, first deal with dandruff for which you can try using dandruff oils like Himalaya and shampoos available in the market along with some home remedies like washing hair with sour curd, applying black pepper & methi powder mixed in curd, and then move on to hair fall and dryness, for hair fall start oiling your hair with 2-3 different oils and do hot oil treatment once a week.

  5. Apart from the home remedies, u can try the matrix biolage vials available at professional salon for hair fall and dandruff… They r to be applied for around 6 weeks… They r expensive but they worked for me… Also try to cleanse ur hair using good cleansing shampoo or apple cider vinegar and soda , then use non sulfate, non paraben, non silicone based shampoos and conditioners.. Many times these chemicals are responsible. Have a healthy lifestyle, plenty of water and roughage and timely food and sleep. Hope u get relieved of ur problems soon.

  6. I guess dryness is also causing dandruff… Coconut oil is best…if it does not suit u use olive oil… Make sure u condition ur hair after shower to avoid dryness….
If the dandruff problem still persists u can go for dandruff treatments at home…
