My Experience with e.l.f. Essential Lilac Petal All Over Color Stick:
Packaging: This one’s packaging is very similar to L.A. Colors Fever Cheek & Lips Tinted Stain. The body is matte white with a transparent plastic lid. It has a retractable mechanism which works very well. The sticker at the bottom displays the shade name. The packaging is very minimal, yet classy. It has some silver accents too. The packaging is convenient and travel friendly.
Color/Pigmentation: ‘Lilac Petal’ is a beautiful shimmery champagne pink color with lots of very fine shimmer. As a highlighter, it looks very natural on my skin tone. It’s such a pretty color! It will suit all skin tones and would look super natural on Indian skin, if used correctly. The pigmentation is very good. You don’t need a lot of it, just a few dabs for that gorgeous luminous look. No one would be able to tell that you have applied something to get a glow!
Texture: I do not like cream based product because I think they would look really oily and would give me a sticky feeling on my skin and hence I never tried any cream-based product before. But, I gave in and tried this one and the LA Colors tints. This one blends in so easily and doesn’t look oily or cakey or bad. It settles down and has a shimmery matte finish. It doesn’t feel sticky at all! I just swirl it once and dab it on my cheeks, and I’m done! It’s super easy and feels so light! The shimmers are so fine that they aren’t visible on the skin.
Staying Power: It stays on me for 3 hours in hot and humid Mumbai climate with sweating! But, when I was trying this product sitting at home, it lasted for about 5 hours. Also, I had applied on a very light hand.
Smell: It has the same fragrance as orange cream biscuits. It’s very faint, but I really love the citrusy-sweet fragrance. It doesn’t linger at all!

Ahhh! Pretty and versatile! Loved the review. 🙂
I can imagine the kinda illuminating effect it gives to skin. I am looking for something like this, but the staying power is less, not for the price though. 😛
Awesome. This is one of the much needed hits of elf! Such products come in handy coz of their small size 😀
