E.L.F. Essential Wet Gloss Lash and Brow Clear Mascara Review

Whenever I go for cosmetic shopping, I always check out E.L.F. aisle because it usually has really cool products at affordable prices. One can always shell out money to give them a try and more often than not they are satisfactory, especially for the money paid.

I came across this clear mascara and honestly, I have never had one and I am not sure about their efficacy, so always been little skeptical to buy one. But, I saw this one for a dollar, so ventured to give it a try. Below is my personal experience with the product.

Product Description:

Achieve glossy, shiny, healthy-looking lashes and brows, infused with long wearing conditioning agents in our Wet Gloss Lash & Brow mascara. Flawless lashes and brows have never been easier!

How to apply:

Gently unscrew Wet Gloss Lash and Brow Clear Mascara applicator and work clear mascara from root to tip or shape and separate brows. Apply second coat if desired.

My Experience with E.L.F. Essential Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara:

First thing to take note of is that for $1 we can groom both our lash and brow and second to note is that there are dedicated brushes and product for both. Obviously the product is same in both the tubes, but it just helps in keeping the entire process clean.

Both the wands essentially appear similar, except a slight difference in how they taper. Though, one can use them however way they desire.

Eyebrow product:

Most of us don’t have tamed eyebrow hair and once or twice a month we have to groom them with tweezers or threading. But, in between those sessions one can use this eyebrow mascara side to tame those unruly hair, especially, near the T-zone. Also, if one uses an eyebrows kit to fill in more color, then this product acts as good base.

Mascara:

I always want my lashes to stand out, but at times I don’t want a dramatic look or don’t want my lashes to appear obviously done, so for that purpose I bought this product. Once applied it stays on the lashes for a while and gives a glossy finish. However, soon enough it vanishes without a trace, in a nutshell it is not what I was looking for and is a disappointing product. To hold the curl, I have to use black mascara.

• Non sticky and dries easily.

• Easily available online or in stores.

Cons of E.L.F. Essential Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara:

• Mascara is a total waste, so essentially half the product is waste.

Would I repurchase E.L.F. Essential Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara?

No, but encourage others to buy it to groom their eyebrows.
