e.l.f. Regular and Waterproof Mascara Duo Review

I picked up this mascara because I never had a good one and when I got a chance to shop, I had to include one mascara in it, for sure. So, I picked up this duo instead of picking up two different mascaras – one for regular use and a waterproof one. Let’s get started with the review!

My Experience with e.l.f. Regular and Waterproof Mascara Duo:

This duo comes in a cardboard packaging which is clear in the front to show the product and displays a lot of information about the product at the back. The actual mascara comes in long black cylindrical form. The ends have either ‘Waterproof’ or ‘Regular’ printed on them to identify which one is which. You have to twist the black side of the mascara to open it. The wand is nice and sturdy and picks just the correct amount of product. Overall, it is very sleek and travel friendly.

Both waterproof and regular mascaras are deep black in color that looks very natural on black lashes. The texture of it is neither thick nor thin. But it is just the right texture to coat the lashes very well. The wand helps to apply the mascara easily and evenly. Just one stroke of it and you can feel the difference. You don’t need much product. Both the regular and waterproof ones have same formula and helps to really lengthen the lashes.

I once went crazy experimenting it and kept coating my lashes with the mascara and I was surprised to see my lashes so long and elongated! It was as much as three times my original lashes. It made my lashes look as if they had falsies on! And, it really makes my eyes look bigger and brighter! I love this mascara so much!

It doesn’t flake at all! It stays for a long time. The waterproof side is really waterproof once it is dried. I must add that if you coat your lashes many times, it takes a while for the product to dry off! It also helps is separating the lashes and doesn’t make your lashes look spidery! It also helps to naturally curl your lashes without using a lash curler! This one is a must-have!
