I keep getting requests for college makeup looks. I thought I’d do a simple but a fun makeup look something that you can wear to a college function or even just take an idea from it and create your own version. It’s a simple navy blue eyeliner on top and a turquoise blue eyeliner on the bottom. I have set the bottom blue liner with a metallic blue eyeshadow to make it long lasting and also to add a bit more contrast between the top and bottom eyeliner. You can even use a black eyeliner on top but I think a navy is a more fun and gives a nice break from the black. I hope you like the look and give it a try. 🙂
