ELF mineral lipsticks are the best drugstore lipsticks I have ever used. They are matchless honestly. I owned two shades earlier and reviewed them, Cheerful Cherry and Barely Bitten and this time I picked a lighter shade, Party Pink. Let’s see how it looks on me.

My take on ELF Mineral Lipstick – Party Pink:
Packaging: Inside the white card-box is a completely matte black lipstick, with square edged design. The cap snap shut tight, making it travel friendly. It is simple yet elegant packaging for a lovely lipstick.
Texture and finish: The lipstick is creamy in texture, with smooth application and silky feel on lips. it proves to be really moisturising for lips, providing ample hydration for wee hours after application. When I suffer parched lips, it feels dry after four hours of application; it is then when I need reapplication. I am deep in love with its crème finish; it simply looks stunning which you can see with naked eye instead of the camera captured swatches. It doesn’t bleed too even without a lipliner. For four hours, no creasing and no smearing and stays away from settling into fine lines. it is a fragrance free mineral lipstick.
Colour and pigmentation: As long as I can remember, I have been searching for my perfect MLBB shade in pink. This is it, finally…phew! My search comes to an end with ELF Mineral Lipstick in Party Pink. It is such a subtle soft pink shade, suitable for fair and medium skin tones. Considering a light shade, pigmentation is quite good and opacity is fine too. Very pigmented lips might have a problem in displaying the true shade on their lips. One single swipe or max two gives full deposition of color on the lips. I am so in love with the perfect shade.
Longevity and transferability: No, this doesn’t transfer to lips and glasses. Great! Longevity is around four hours with routine water/tea intake, which is good because it is a n*de pink shade. Besides, I never mind reapplying such a great mineral lipstick again and again.

Well girls, one day, sooner or later, I am going to have all the shades in the range! I will keep repurchasing them again and again no matter whatever I have to pay as shipping costs :D. If you don’t have them, you are missing a gem in your stash. I have been recommending them to everyone.

but still barely bitten is my favourite shade 🙂 you can check the shades nicely nude and runway pink. they are one tone darker pinks and noy reviewed yet 😛

hmm I did this by chance one day that at mac website. I took help for selecting a foundation (for purchase offcourse) :p
the automatic wizard kept me asking questions and at the end gave me a foundation suggestion. this way I noted my skin tone. for confirmation, I searched all my local blogs and saw a blogger with same complexion as I have and that furthermore confirmed my skin tone 🙂 hehe….
