How are you all? Okay, so I got this eyeliner as a part of the haul which I got shipped from the US from a dear friend of mine. I haven’t owned any felt tip liner till now. This, along with another shade are the first ones I got. ELF has some really good pocket-friendly products ranging from $1 to $3 to $5. So, even if you convert it to Indian Rupees, you have to shell out Rs.300 at the most. That’s the starting price of any decent drugstore cosmetic in India. Of course, not all the products will come across as your favourite. There are many duds too, but money wise, you don’t lose too much even if you make a wrong decision.
Get no smudge with no-budge eyeliner, which creates a fabulous and fresh look of precision that lasts for hours. The smooth felt tip applicator easily glides on color for very fine to bold lines for effortless beauty.
My Take on ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Hunter Green:
So, coming to the product, this is a waterproof eyeliner pen in the shade “Hunter Green.” My purchases were thoroughly based on the shade/swatches shown on their site, so it was kind of a gamble. The pen is an all-white with color coding at the bottom. There is nothing much to be talked about the packaging. Coming to the shade, aah…what can I say? The shade, by itself, is nice, kind of moss green color, but it hardly shows up on my dark and oily eyelids. Lighter skin tones can rock this shade.
Now, coming to the performance; first of all, it says waterproof – now that is not completely true. True, it does not budge if you just splash water on your eyes, but it does not stay too if you rub it (even without water). It will smudge if you have the habit of rubbing your eyes every now and then.
Application with this is fairly easy. Multiple small strokes will give you the desired thickness, but I don’t like the applicator of this particular pen. I don’t find it to be of good quality. What can I say about the staying power when the color itself barely shows up on my lids.
Another point I would like to add is that it is drying up too soon. It is barely a month since I have been using it, yet it has started to dry up already. I keep the pen inverted, but to no avail.
Overall, I am not so much impressed with the product, but for the price, I guess it’s okay.

Do I Recommend ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Hunter Green?
Ehh… you can skip it. It is nice, but not a must-have product as such.
Would I Repurchase ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Hunter Green?
I rarely repurchase any cosmetic. It’s only the skin care products worth repurchasing. In case of cosmetics, there is always so much new to try out there… So… NO!!!
