How’s everyone doing? I am so glad that the sunshine is back but I will miss winters for sure. Every season has it’s own joys and I am really looking forward to summers. Talking about summer, today I thought of reviewing this gorgeous summer color from Elizabeth Arden – Breathless. Apologies, as the bullet is a bit broken from the top only, as we got it from Canada, and something happened on the flight, and it got a bit jammed up. Well, I still use it. Let us see what this product offers.
Price– $22 ( Online price, I got it at some deal at a lower price).
My Experience with Elizabeth Arden Breathless Exceptional Lipstick:
Starting with the packaging, its got a classic black body, which is of course sturdy and the center is golden with the brand name on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole look.
The next thing is the color of the lipstick. It is for sure – a summer color. A beautiful color in a nude pink; I guess nothing describes it better than a picture. It is very subtle on the lips and just perfect for everyday use and office wear.
The texture is really creamy. I am really impressed by its pigmentation, and for someone like me, with dry lips, it works wonders. It is super moisturizing and has a good staying power, surely above 4 hours, but the color can lighten down if you eat meals. Also, it has no specific smell, which is totally okay with me.
It’s got a build-able color, two to three swipes will give you a little darker color. Personally, I am not a fan of lipsticks, and I am more of a lip loss person, but this color is perfect for me. you can wear any lipgloss on top if you want a darker shade. But overall, I am really impressed with this nude pink. Also, I love the name of this lipstick so much!

Wow!! This is a pretty shade! But I am afraid it would wash me out. 🙁 Looks beautiful on ur lips though. 🙂
Yes it’s a beautiful shade! It would for sure not wash you out, but even I use it with a little lipgloss and then the shade becomes perfect for my skin tone!
