Hi IMBBians,

Yesterday when I went to my nearest store to repurchase the Himalaya face pack I came to know that Elle 18 has newly launched some eyeliner and lip glosses and I got some more stuff with this brown eyeliner. The SA said that the company has not provided any testers and she swatched from the new pieces . We need testers Elle 18.:)

My experience with Elle 18 Color Pop Liner – Brown:

This color pop liner comes in a glass bottle with a girl pouting in neon pink hair. The color is a brown with a purple tinge to it and obvious shimmer. For me brown has always meant a super wearable color until I met this. For me this brown is a bit tough to carry because of the shimmers and the purplish undertone.After an hour or so the shimmers spread happily making your under eye look like a disco ball, I so hate this. Ok the next issue is the texture. The texture is a bit more liquid than needed. :/ after wearing I literally needed a remover to clear my lash. :/

I like how it looks when it is wet but once it dries I hate the feeling, I feel like I have added something on my upper lash line. And if one applies multiple swipes it looks so artificial and crumbled up like. it flakes away after 2-3 hours if rubbed.  This is a very very average product and I even dint like the shade.  But the blue and green one are nice, I will review them very soon.
I generally remove my makeup with an oil based remover, and it gets removed within a single swipe. This color will not show on pigmented lids. I am disappointed with this pop liner and don’t want to wear this in public, I have worn this liner in home that too for the review purpose, it looks decent in day time but in night time the color is not visible and the shimmer speaks.

The liner brush is just okay nothing great nothing bad. The other three from this range are better than this one, specially the green one.

• Quantity
• Quality is also good considering the price
• Water resistant but not waterproof
• Cute bottles

Cons of Elle 18 Color Pop Liner – Brown:

• Being brown I wanted the shade to be more wearable.
• Ingredient list not mentioned.
• The brush.

Would I repurchase this Elle 18 Color Pop Liner – Brown?
