My Experience with Enchanteur Paris Mon Amie Light and Fresh Parfum Lotion:

The packaging of the lotion is very pretty and attractive. It comes in an easy squeeze tube with quirky prints on it. The bright yellow tube with black detailing is very attractive. All necessary product-related information is printed on the back of the tube. The tube closes with a simple white colored flip top cap. The nozzle dispenses the product easily. Though everything is fine about the packaging, the flip top cap does not shut very tightly, so it kind of gives an insecurity of product leakage. So, the packaging is nice but have to be stored securely while carrying during travelling. You can’t just throw it in your bag and leave it as the cap may open and mess everything around.

I love fragrant skin care products so much and that’s why I picked up this lotion. I just sniffed the tester and fell in love with the fragrance. It smells like hundreds of fresh lemons and I personally love citrus fragrances, so I grabbed it immediately. It has a nice blend of citrus and floral fragrances. The smell is quite refreshing and instantly revives the senses, but the smell is really strong and stays for quite some time. So, it will certainly bother people who do not like fragrant skin care products or those who are sensitive to strong scents. It takes around half an hour for the smell to fade out completely.

The body lotion is milky white in color. The texture of the lotion is thin, not exactly runny, but somewhere in the middle. Its consistency is different and lightweight from other lotions available and easily spreads on the skin. The formulation is so light and non sticky on the skin, and that’s why feels comfortable. It spreads easily without much effort gets absorbed into the skin within 30-40 seconds. This is what I absolutely love about these lotions, as I am really lazy when it comes to massaging the lotion into the skin. It sinks into the skin without leaving any residue behind. There is no slipperiness left behind on the skin. I easily keep writing and doing my work due to the non-sticky nature.

The formula is quite moisturizing for normal skin type, but it does not provide adequate moisturization to dry skin type. For my normal body skin type, it provides ample amount of moisturization and takes away all the dryness. But, if you have very dry and flaky skin, it is just not enough. You will need a heavier formulation. But for my skin it works well. The lightweight texture makes it suitable for summers & it has sunscreens that make it fit to be used under the sun. My skin feels so soft & smooth. My skin looked better and healthier than before. Also, the lotion is free from harsh chemicals like alcohols, parabens, etc. Overall, I love this product.
