EOS is a very popular brand for its cute and unique packaging! However, I think their much-hyped lip balms are very ordinary. Don’t you think it was getting too much attention just because of the unique packaging. Recently, I picked up a hand lotion from EOS and let’s find out how it fared for me 🙂
Soften Your Touch. Unique, “Palmable” Shape. Supports 24-Hours of Moisturisation. Light, Refreshing Fragrance That Goes Beyond the Ordinary. 96% natural ingredients. Infused with moisturizing shea butter, aloe, and antioxidants, EOS hand lotion looks as good as it feels on your skin.
My Experience with EOS Berry Blossom Hand Lotion:
EOS hand lotion comes in 3 different flavours, but I picked up the pink one because it looked damn cute and it had the berry fragrance. I purchased it for 2 dollars, which is good in the overseas market but we do get good stuff and huge bottles at this particular price, so price is one factor that cannot be neglected. As far as the packaging is concerned, it is undoubtedly one of the best packaging. It comes in a baby pink candy-coloured tube which is shaped like an egg. It is designed this way so that you can have an easy grip to hold it and it easily fits inside the palm. Due to its mini size, it can be called travel friendly.
Just a small quantity is needed, but the quantity offered is too low, so this small bottle of hand lotion will not last long. The lotion is white in color and has a moderate consistency, not very thick and not very runny. The lotion can be directly squeezed onto the skin from the tube. When you open the bottle, you can get a whiff of the fruity berry fragrance. After application, the fragrance isn’t that noticeable, you need to lift your hands up to smell, it fades away very quickly.
As far as hydration and moisturization is concerned, this hand lotion does a good job. It gets absorbed very quickly into the skin without putting a lot of effort. And the best part is that it does not leave a greasy film behind on the skin. My skin looks healthy when I apply it. My skin feels soft and supple, the entire day. And yes, it does keep my hands moisturised for a good 6-7 hours and then re-application is needed; but my skin does not feel dry. For dry skin, I feel it will not provide the enough hydration, hence I would say that it is not designed for dry skin. Apart from that, yes it was a good product, but I have used better ones available out there, so this hand lotion wouldn’t be able to grab my loyalty.
Pros of EOS Berry Blossom Hand Lotion:

Cons of EOS Berry Blossom Hand Lotion:
- Not available in India.
- Fragrance does not last really long.
- Small size.
- Price is higher as compared to some other brands.
Would I Repurchase/Recommend EOS Berry Blossom Hand Lotion?
No, not really! I did not find this hand lotion to be that great. I have tried better lotions and there are still many options out there to try at this same price. This lotion doesn’t work in an extraordinary way, just the packaging pulls everyone to it like a magnet.
My experiments with EOS products ends here because for me the products work quite ordinarily.
