Today’s review is going to be on Essence Quattro Eyeshadow in the shade ’11 Sea My Eyes’. My love for teal blue made me pick up this quad, and it turned out to be so good. Let’s get into the details!

My Experience with Essence 11 Sea My Eyes! Quattro Eyeshadow:
Packaging: Starting with the packaging, this eyeshadow comes in a small, round, clear plastic container with a clear cap. The clear packaging makes identification of the product easy and is very lightweight too. But, the packaging doesn’t have any mirror or applicator. Otherwise, it is a nice, travel-friendly packaging. The placement of the shadows makes it more pretty.
Shade: As it’s a quad, there are 4 shades in it. In this ’11 Sea My Eyes’ palette, the 1st shade is a beautiful light pearly pink shade with silver shimmers. It is a nice highlighting shade that looks gorgeous on the eyes. The 2nd shade is a velvety-matte light gray shade and it looks so cool on the eyes. It has finely milled shimmer that isn’t very visible.
The 3rd one is the most beautiful shade in this palette. It’s a gorgeous teal blue shade with a shiny golden finish. It is a nice peacock shade that looks amazing on the eyes. And, the last shade is a dark gray or charcoal shade with a velvety finish. All the four shades are super pigmented and they look stunning on the eyes. The color-combination in this palette is really nice. I can create a fresh sea green eye makeup look with it. Still, they could have added another shade to this quad as it has two grays.
Texture & Quality: The shadows have a very smooth and soft texture hence they blend effortlessly. The texture is super soft and creamy, and it never feels chalky. I really like how easily these shadows blend on the eyelids. In this palette, two shades have velvety matte finish and two are shiny. So overall, the combination gives a perfect, silky and shiny finish on the lids. The teal shade falls out a little during application – not too much, though. And, the dust can be easily removed with a brush. The shadows don’t transfer and never settle into the fine lines. They never crease either.
Staying Power: These eyeshadows have a decent staying power. They stay perfectly for around 5 hours without any primer. After that they appear faded on my oily lids. They also start to move from the corners if I do not apply a primer. But, with a primer, they stay for around 6-7 hours nicely. They never look messy at the end of the day. Removing these shadows is also quite easy.
Overall: I am so happy with the shades, pigmentation, quality, and also the staying power. If you need to wear these for a long period of time you must use a primer. The teal blue shade in this quad is really very pretty. The quad is provide good value for your money.
