Essence All About Matt Oil Control Paper Review

I have this habit of getting obsessed with a certain brand and pick a lot of stuff at one so that I get to form an opinion on the products in particular and the brand in general. This time I picked up the Oil Control Paper, thanks to my super oily skin in the hot and humid climate of Chennai. Read on to know how it fared for me.

Product Description:

This special mattifying paper absorbs excess sebum and frees your skin of shine so your complexion is perfectly matt and ready for compliments in a flash! The mattifying paper is pink and comes in a red and white packaging with a practical slide opening. The oil control paper is ready for action wherever you are!

Usage:

Just place the oil control paper onto the shiny/oily areas of your face and dab off gently – for an instant matt result.

My Experience with Essence All About Matt Oil Control Paper:

Very cute and handy packaging I must say. The small lightweight packaging is great to travel with and the red-white packing looks girly and cute at the same time. The sheets come off one on one so there is no chance that you pick up 2 sheets at one go. The sheets are of decent size and one is enough of one time usage.

The sheets are super thin translucent paper with Essence written all over it. These absorb oil immediately and the face feels super matte and fresh. It does not take off makeup from the face which is cool, as patchy face would not be a very pretty sight. I dab the sheet on my oily zones for 4-5 seconds and get super clean matte skin.

I am all praises about the sheets and there is absolutely no flaw I can find with these. These are available in the UK for 2GBP which is cheaper than the price we pay here but nevertheless am happy that slowly such drugstores are coming to India.
