Essence Eyeshadows: Chill Out and Dance All Night

Dear All,

Wishing you all a very Happy Dussera! From today, I’ll be officially living at my new home so definitely excited about it! Its on the 10th floor with 3 side open so definitely much better lighting for taking my photographs! So today I’ll be reviewing a set of highlighters which I got in my Europe haul last year.

The shades I will be reviewing today are “Chill Out” which is shimmery white shade and “Dance All Night” is a gorgeous off white with cream undertone sparkling shade.

My experience with Essence Eyeshadows Chill Out and Dance All Night:

I have earlier reviewed Happy Hour shade which is metallic blue and Party All Night which is again metallic copper shade. In my opinion, these mono eyeshadows from essence are pretty good!  The shade Chill Out is shimmery white shade and works very well for both inner corner and brow bone highlighter  The shimmer is not chunky at all and goes on smooth. There is a bit of fall out but nothing major to worry about. It may look too stark white on dusky skin tones.

The shade Dance All Night is a bit more wearable, in my opinion and will suit all skin tones since its cream in color. This one though it says sparkling effect I found the texture to be similar to Chill out, which is shimmery. The sparkles are only present in the top layer, beneath the product does not have any sparkles but gives shimmery effect. The sparkles in this eyeshadow are golden in color and look very pretty. Again there is a bit of fallout here too but nothing too major.

Both the eyeshadows go on smoothly and blends easily. The pigmentation is good and these last 4 to 5 hours on me without any primer. I am pretty fine with them and definitely recommend them to everyone. The only problem is their availability in India.

I believe its around 3 – 4 swiss franc, between 200 – 250 INR
