I bought a few lip liners from Essence recently. I will be reviewing them in the coming days.
Essence is one brand which is very affordable and so you can get crazy and shop a lot of items and get creative with trying new things. Read on to know how this lip liner fared.

My Experience with the Essence Lip Liner 07 Lost in Love Review:
The lip liner comes in a pencil form with a wooden casing. It has a matching plastic cap to go with it. The colour of the pencil/liner is mentioned in the pencil. The cap does not fit tightly to the liner. Its loose and falls off. I thought it might be just one of them but later I realized that it was the case with all of them. This makes it totally not travel-friendly.
The colour looks pale pink in the pencil and also on the lips. This colour completely washes me out. I have a dusky skin tone and this looks too light on my skin. This is not a wearable colour for any dark skin tone. I would not recommend it to Indian skin tone unless and until you are extremely fair. This works well as a nude for very light skin toned people. Since its wooden pencil based and not retractable there is wastage of the product every time you sharpen it.
The texture of the lip pencil is not at all great. It has a dry texture and was difficult to work with. One needs to rub in the product for the colour to be seen which involves a lot of tugging. Since its so dry, it does not allow the lipstick to bleed.
This colour and the quality is not really worth the little amount I paid. The only way I can use this is to tone down a darker lipstick with a little bit of mixing effort.
Overall I would say you can simply skip the product. You will not miss a thing.

No. Not a colour for my skin tone.
Do I Recommend Essence Lipliner 07 Lost in Love?
If you are very fair then this would look nude on you. Not a must have but you can give it a try. Not for duskier skin tones. It looks washed out.
