My Experience With Essence Makeup Remover Wipes:

I had been waiting to buy makeup remover wipes since a very long time and this has been in my wish list for quite some time. I am used to applying cleansing milk for removing makeup and this was my first experience with cleansing wipes. One of my friends recommended me to buy The Body Shop Vitamin E Gentle Facial Wipes but I haven’t been out for shopping yet and so I decided to buy some beauty products online. While purchasing some other beauty products online I came across these wipes and thought of giving these a try as it was available for such an affordable price.

You get about 15 wipes in a tiny cute blue rectangle cover, which comes with a seal in the front of the pack. I find the pack very hygienic to use as it comes with a seal that makes it easy to remove the wipe one at a time. These wipes are cool and moist as well. The moisture is perfectly locked in with the seal and they remain fresh for its use later. I like the packaging of the product, as it is very convenient and easy to carry during travel.

These wipes are smaller in size compared to any other normal wipe and smell wonderful. As mentioned on the pack these are best suitable for dry and normal skin type. These wipes are perfectly locked with moisture and do hydrate the skin well. The texture of the wipe is quite thick and absorbs and dissolves the makeup easily in one go. I could feel a burning sensation when I once swiped it on a cut on my hand. You may need to be a little cautious while using these wipes on cuts and wounds.

As you can see in the swatches below, I have tried using these wipes on swatches of lipstick, eyeliner, foundation and eye shadow each. As these wipes are wet and moist they tend to dissolve the makeup easily and can be used on face, lips and eyes. However you may require pressure and may need to press the wipe a little in order to remove the makeup completely. They do not tend to irritate the eyes and are safe to use around eye area. I absolutely love these wipes as it works well in removing the makeup, smells good and are affordable too.
