My Experience with Essence Rich and Smooth Hand and Nail Balm:

This hand and nail balm comes in a lavender tube with a white flip cap. The packaging is sturdy and a plus for carrying around due to its compact size. The product is creamy and thick and white in color. The scent is pleasant but doesn’t last longer.

The product, just like the name suggests, is very rich and thick, and thus takes a few seconds to get completely absorbed into the skin. But while doing it, I never felt greasy. My skin looks moisturized and hydrated but never greasy and there is no residue or any white layer. I would recommend the balm for nights than the busy mornings. I have been using other creams for nails, so I do not know what changes it has bought to my nails! The balm contains allantoin, which is a chemical used for repairing/and curing minor rashes and vitamin E, which is an added benefit.

My hands remain soft and supple for almost 4 hours, after which I need to reapply. I have dry hands and for the price I pay, the balm is providing great results. The balm washes off when it rains! It rains often here, so a reapplication is needed always! The hand balm also soothes skin; I had a sun burn and the cream soothed the area and the effect was much similar to applying aloe vera gel. The cream provides very good nourishment to the skin and makes my hand look healthy. Even after 4-5 hours, my hands are still smooth and soft and don’t dry. I do not have any negatives about the product except that it contains parabens.
