Naturally, all this calls for little moisturization for skin to take away dryness and prevent flaky skin and when it comes to selecting a moisturizer, I befriend with lotions faster than creams because they are lightweight on skin, easy to blend and suit my combination-oily skin well. Let’s explore the pleasure of using Estée Lauder Pleasures Body Lotion.

My Take on Estee Lauder Pleasures Body Lotion:

The packaging is simple, kept elegant in its own way. A plastic squeezable tube in beige color with minimum labels and screw cap is really easy to carry for its size. I would love to start with the fragrance; it’s truly exotic. All words like heavenly, divine, exquisite fit in for it. The product description says that it is lightly scented with Estee Lauder Pleasures perfume; I wonder how divine that perfume shall be. The fragrance has dominantly rose flower notes with lily and jasmine following; all floral fragrances. When it comes to the body lotion, the white colored body lotion has perfect consistency; it’s not runny but not thick and sticky. It blends really fast, within seconds and gets absorbed like you have put on noting on your skin.

Feels lightweight and non-greasy, non-sticky on skin. I would rate the moisturization quality as really good for normal, oily and combinations skin because it provides ample moisture for these particular skin types. Dry skin fellas might find it insufficient for them. Dry skin will only love it in summer and spring but not in winter. As for me, it serves my combination skin’s needs perfectly, taking away dryness and soothing flaky patches. No matter I use it on moist skin after shower or as usual on clean dry skin, the result and pleasure is the same. I even use it on face these days because the weather calls in for light moisturizers these days and when I don’t need to step out in sun, this is a staple.

It even keeps my t-zone shine free for 5 hours, with a lightweight feel and divine scent. When you wear it, everyone asks which perfume? Never doubting it’s a body lotion. It is an aqua-based moisturizer and I see there are no parabens in the ingredient list. Voila!

The availability might be an issue at some places but if you have access to these, definitely worth a purchase.
