My Experience with Estee Lauder The Estee Edit The Barest Contour Lip Liner – In the Buff:
Packaging: Estee Lauder The Estee Edit The Barest Contour Lip Liner comes housed in a retractable lip pencil tube. The bottom of the pencil is colour-coded, which makes it easier to spot the shade from the makeup stash. The brand and shade names are printed on the pencil tube.
Texture: The lip pencil has a very creamy and smooth texture. It glides on my dry lips like butter without any tugging or pulling. The lip pencil is intensely pigmented, so a single swipe provides an opaque coverage to the lips. Also, it is transferproof and would survive even a heavy meal.
Shade and Staying Power: The shade, “In the Buff” is a n*de brown colour, which would look flattering on all skin tones. The lip pencil provides a satiny matte finish and I have been using it with almost every n*de lipstick. It also feels very hydrating, unlike most of the lip pencils in the market. The colour is so beautiful that I wear it alone with a lipgloss on top. It feels very lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It does last pretty well on my lips; I get 5 to 6 hours of wear time with “In the Buff”.
