My Experience with Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask Pearl:

This sheet mask comes in a cute packaging. All the details like how to use the mask, etc., is mentioned on the packaging. The sheet mask is easy to travel with and very convenient to use. This range of sheet masks from Etude House is called “0.2 mm Air therapy” mask and it is the thinnest cotton mask I have used across all brands, and I have quite a few Korean sheet mask brands like The Face Shop, Innisfree, Missha, Hollika Hollika, Skin Food, etc., but none of those are as thin as these. You might feel it might tear or come apart, but it doesn’t. This one feels like a fermented coconut sheet mask because it is super translucent.

Although the mask is super thin, it has enough serum in it.  I like the fact that it’s neither dripping wet nor dry. It has perfect amount of liquid in it. Being a super thin mask, I thought this one would dry up quickly, but it doesn’t. It takes 20 minutes to dry, just like your regular sheet mask. Also, the serum in this range of mask is pretty sticky. It’s not watery thin, but is a bit thick and sticky. Not too sticky to cause irritation, but as compared to other sheet masks, it is a bit goopy.

I decided to try the “Pearl” variant because my skin was looking dull, thanks to the hot and humid Mumbai weather. No matter how much sunscreen you apply or wear a scarf, you are bound to get tanned and hence your skin looks dull. This mask does what it claims. It did remove the dullness from my skin and made my skin look bright and radiant.

Apart from that, it added lots of moisture back into my skin, like all the other regular sheet masks do. My skin felt hydrated and looked better. My skin felt soft, supple and smooth. I like this thing about sheet masks that they provide instant results though they don’t give long-lasting results. My skin feels nourished and healthy after using this mask. It has a pleasant fragrance that doesn’t linger much.
