I am back again with yet another review from the skin care section. Hand creams have become an essential part in our skin care regimen, at least for those who suffer from dry hands. Its a nightmare to have dry, itchy and wrinkly looking hands that makes you feel like “Oh I am a grandma already’. Over these past years due to constant contact with detergents and other harsh chemicals, my hands have really taken its toll  *cry*  *cry* . But I have never bothered myself with hand creams. I am very lazy when it comes to using creams :D. It was my husband who got this cream for me, after hearing my constant rantings about the condition of my hand. My skin was irritating me so much that I decided to give it a try. So read further to see how it fared for me.

My Experience with Eucerin hand cream:

Eucerin is a German dermatological skin care brand.This is my first hand cream so I cannot compare it with any other product. This cream makes my skin so smooth and soft that I instantly feel the relief it provides for my skin. It is a white cream and has a thick consistency like a smooth balm. It spreads like butter on your skin to give an even smooth finish. It absorbs very quickly and keeps your hands moisturised and nourished for a very long period. It gives instant moisture and relieves your skin from itchiness. It never makes your hand greasy even if a little excess is used. A tiny drop of the product is enough to moisture your palms. I apply it regularly especially after using soaps and detergents And at night I use a liberal amount and it keeps my hand moisturized throughout the night. Even after I get up in the morning I can still feel my hands soft, smooth and supple. The key ingredients in this cream, Urea and Lactate helps to improve the moisture binding capacity of the skin.

There is absolutely no fragrance in this cream so sensitive noses will love it. It also act a protective barrier while you indulge in chores like washing and cleaning. Those who suffer from severe allergic reactions caused by harsh detergents should treat it first by consulting a doctor and then you can use this hand cream for further prevention of this allergy. Skin allergy once developed, it is a recurring process. It can happen at anytime so regular usage of this cream can help prevent it from resurfacing. The cream comes in a white tube with a dark navy blue cap. It has a very simple and sturdy packing. The lid closes very tightly thus avoiding any leakage problems so its safe to carry in your vanity.
