Today I’ll be reviewing my second lip balm from Eva called ‘Eva Fresh Lips Strawberry Mositurising Lip Balm’. Strawberry flavoured lip balms are always a safer pick, so I went ahead and bought this along with the others. And, I love using and collecting lip products. Lets see how it fared.
My Experience with Eva Fresh Lips Strawberry Mositurising Lip Balm:
Packaging: This lip balm comes in a cuter outer packaging which has strawberries on it. The lip balm is made of plastic and is red and white in colour. The cap shuts with a click but it’s loose. However, it doesn’t come undone and the lip balm remains safe. The packaging is simple and travel friendly.
Colour: When you usually buy a Strawberry flavoured lip balm, you expect it to be either red or pink in colour. But, this one’s transparent! Such a dud! I like coloured lip balms better than transparent one. It comes off as transparent on lips, without making them look ghostly or leaving a white cast.
Texture: Compared to Fresh mint, this lip balm’s texture is very light and you do not feel anything unless you swipe it 3-4 times. It’s not as moisturising as Fresh Mint. When you apply the lip balm, you feel a tingling sensation around your lips for sometime, after which it disappears.
Staying Power: It stays for 1 hour. Fades very easily, even if you sip something or talk for sometime. Doesn’t survive meals. The staying power could have been better if the texture wasn’t too light.
Smell/taste: It smells strongly of strawberries. The smell is so strong that after a point, my head starts aching. I’m a person who loves strong scented products, but this one gives me a headache. The scent lingers and is irritatingly sweet. It doesn’t have a taste, though.
Pros of Eva Fresh Lips Strawberry Mositurising Lip Balm:
• Travel friendly packaging.
• Doesn’t leave a white cast or feel heavy on the lips.
• Easily Available.
• No taste.
Cons of Eva Fresh Lips Strawberry Mositurising Lip Balm:
• Strong scent that gives me headache.
• No hint of colour..
• Low staying power.
1.5 / 5
Skip this one. I’d never repurchase this because of it’s very strong fragrance.

Eva lip balms are such a dud coming from their famous deos family!
I was rightly imagining eva lip balms will have a syrong smell similar to their deos and
After reading all imbb reviews on them proves I was right in not buying them!
If anything is best in lip balms, it has to be baby lips! Love them to the core.
And anything next closest would ONLY BE NIVEA lip balms.
Seriously! Baby lips and even Nivea one’s are soo worth the money! 🙂 Good you did not buy these! 🙂
