Eva Radiant Skin Moisturiser Review

Eva Radiant Moisturiser Review

I picked this Eva moisturiser a while back when my skin had some dry patches during winter. It smelt really nice in the store and that’s the reason why I picked it up and the price was reasonable too at Rs. 60 per 120 mL bottle. Did I take a liking to it, let’s see,

WHAT THE LABEL CLAIMS:

Who needs Eva moisturiser?

Everyone who is exposed to the environment. It works on all types of skin (yey and all types of skin includes oily skin).

How does it work?
During the day, Grape seed extracts with antioxidant properties, protects your skin from the harmful effects of pollutants. Through the night, vitamin E and vitamin F beads hydrate and nourish your skin.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Grape seed extracts, wheat germ oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate.

PRICE: Rs. 60 for 120 mL.

MY TAKE ON EVA NOURISH MOISTURISER WITH VITAMIN F BEADS AND GRAPE SEED EXTRACTS:

Eva moisturiser is one of the lightest moisturizers that I have used and which has suited my oily skin without breaking me out (in winters). I picked it up because the label said “for all skin types.” The transparent tapered-as-you-go-from-top-to-bottom bottle has a very perfumed (think about Eva sprays and talcs) pink coloured, very runny-in-consistency moisturiser. It spreads on to the face fairly quickly without leaving much of grease. Remarkably, it has these, red, blue, orange, and some other coloured tiny beads (Vitamin F beads they say….cough cough), that are similar to the colourful beads you find in SURF EXCEL WASHING POWDER. These beads melt away quickly into the skin and are not messy. This is a good moisturiser for oily skinned people to be worn under the foundation. I am in two minds about giving a yay or a nay for this moisturiser because although it works as a moisturiser on my skin, I am completely put off by this “vitamin F beads” claim and the incomplete ingredients list. I hope to find a better moisturiser until next summer or I will have to continue to use my Oriflame Mulberry Fairness Lotion as a moisturiser….sigh!!!!

PROS OF EVA NOURISH MOISTURISER WITH VITAMIN F BEADS AND GRAPE SEED EXTRACTS:

• Works as a moisturiser for oily skin without MANUFACTURING any zits.
• Works as a good base for foundation.
• Price is pretty cheap.

CONS OF EVA NOURISH MOISTURISER WITH VITAMIN F BEADS AND GRAPE SEED EXTRACTS:

• Vitamin “F” beads nourishing and protecting claim irks me.
• Strongly perfumed.
• Might not work in summers for oily skin.

IMBB RATING: 2/5….+2 only for moisturizing part…….

WILL I PURCHASE IT AGAIN: NO.

          1. nahin never.. I mostly make soupy maggi with loads of water. Bt even when I am making normal maggi, I never drain out the water… It soaks up na..? You ?

            1. I do the same    Also when you drain out the entire water and then add masala then it forms clumps actually

            2. i knw rey, but u knw it is advisable to drain out d water as it has loads of starch… 🙁 it even changes d normal taste of the maggi but i dnt mind it if my maggi gets a lit less unhealthy

              1. What was the flavour ??? of New Maggi??? Just now had my fav Maggi Atta noodles :)) Yesterday I had prepared Schzwan Egg hakka noodles using the Chings secrets Miracle masala, turned out to be sooo good, cant tell 🙂

  4. Vit F is EFA but I can’t understand what it has got to do wtih a moisturiser :-/ :-/
    Nice review Jomol 🙂 And surf beads 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

  5. Hi Jomol, apart from the Vitamin F beads, which seem a bit odd, the other ingredients seem to be quite good – grape seed extract (antioxidant), tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) and retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A). I don’t think we get this here though.
