I know many of you following IMBB are very young and vibrant gals, but today, I would like to bring you something which your mom and dad would love to see. I know youth is the best time to portray your beauty, but who says after getting old your fashion sense vanishes off. Here are a few Bollywood biggies who have made a mark on your heart not only because of their beauty and charm, but also because of their fashion sense in the present era.  Beginning with:

• Hema Malini:  O yeah, the dream gal.  She was pretty and she is pretty. People were crazy for her in that good old time and till date she has not lost the charm. My mom is a great fan of hers.  Many of you must have seen her famous advertisement of Kent water purifier. She is looking so simple and yet so pretty. The way she carries herself in the big Bollywood functions in those beautiful attires, she looks awesome.



• Neetu Singh:  Haanji, you Ranbir Kapoor fans, don’t you think his mom is too amazing. Once upon a time, she used to have those long hair neatly pleated, but now you look at her, can you find any difference, except for her short haircut. She was a beauty then and today. You are her son’s fan, may be at some point of time, your dad was her fan.  I love the way she dresses herself in those designers suits.




• Jaya Bachchan:  You remember the age old movie “Abhimaan.” OMG, Jaya Bachchan was so down to earth in that movie that I felt she had no make-up on her face (except for the basic lip colours and Indian bindi). That was her beauty. You look at her now, she is old, but she is lovely. She is fashionable and elegant in her sarees in which she is mostly spotted.



• Sharmila Tagore:  Mother of two grown up successful actors, and mother-in-law of Karenna Kapoor, she is a classic beauty.  Soha Ali Khan must be jealous of her. She looks amazing even at this age. Even her wrinkles fail in taking away the glamour. I have mostly seen her in sarees on television which she carries off beautifully.



• Sridevi: Its all about English Vinglish.  From Miss Hawa hawai to 2013, she has always experimented with her look and clothes. She looks amazing in whatever she wears. She carries herself with such elegance that its hard to take eyes off her.

Yeah, you must be thinking why I am only talking about the women. Even men look smart in old age.

Amitabh Bachchan:  KBC is starting soon on Sony TV and my mom is already excited. The way he anchors the show is amazing but apart from it, the way he comes dressed up in the show is super awesome. His suits, his shirts, his cravat are in varying shades and look perfect on him.  I feel he looks smarter now than when he was young.  Ask your mom and dad, they would agree with me.

Rishi Kapoor:  He  looked dashing with different shades of sweaters on him in his earlier movies, but even now, he has that charming face, he is cute yet smart.  His sense at fashion cannot be ignored as you would see him in different suits and shirts with lovely shades. After all, he is Ranbir Kapoor’s dad, he has to look smart.
