Everyuth Naturals Exfoliating Walnut Scrub Review

Hello everyone!

Summers are here. And, so are the oils on our face! My skin tends to get more oily during summer time. Oily skin leads to the stubborn blackheads, and for blackheads, you need a scrub! So, here I am with the review on scrub from Everyuth Naturals. Let us begin!

Natural walnut shell particles exfoliate the dead skin and skin impurities which may block pores and may cause blackheads & whiteheads. My Experience with Everyuth Naturals Exfoliating Walnut Scrub:

Everyuth Naturals Exfoliating Walnut Scrub Review

Most of the Everyuth scrub variants come with walnut + apricot. But, this is only a walnut scrub that is meant for exfoliating. It is a thick in consistency cream which spreads easily on the skin. It is slightly beige in colour with visible walnut shell particles. However, I didn’t notice any nano multi vita particles in it. The cream has a walnut-y scent to it, which I like. It stays on even after you wash off your face. Which some may not like!

Coming to the application, this scrub is a torture. It has really sharp and rough pieces of walnut shell. They feel very coarse on your skin. They have mentioned in the directions to massage it with brisk movements, but that is not at all recommended. You may actually end up with a bruised skin. I gently and slowly massage it for about a minute only. Otherwise, my skin really hurts. This scrub is definitely not for beauties with sensitive skin.

I get a squeaky clean feeling after using this, along with the irritation tinge. It definitely doesn’t moisturise the skin, as claimed. It makes your skin feel stretchy and dry. So, it is not suitable for dry skinned beauties!

It does reduce the blackheads within two washes in a week. And, regular use of it has definitely controlled my blackheads and whiteheads. I also have noticed that it acts well for oil control too. Though, they have not claimed it. It is a good scrub, but is not a nourishing scrub. Coming to the ingredient list, one word – horrifying!

For starters, it is soap based, i.e. it contains sodium lauryl sulphate which dries out your skin. Secondly, it contains isopropyl alchol which is another drying ingredient. And then, it has paraben. Sigh!

  1. I remember how we used to rely just on everyuth scrubs during my teenage years and used to love them too. But this one seems really really harsh. :O

    1. Yes! Even I have tried their other varients and they were good. I don’t know what did they do with this one!

  2. Oops, so many drying ingredients – I like the plain apricot scrub, it is something that I always repurchase 🙂
