I spotted this shower gel a few days back. I have not tried many products from this brand, so I decided to give it a try. Let’s jump into the review to know more about Fa Fresh & Oil Green Melon & Litchi Shower Gel.

My Experience with Fa Fresh & Oil Green Melon & Litchi Shower Gel:
The shower gel comes in a light green transparent plastic bottle with dome-shaped cap. The bottle looks pretty. The flip cap of the bottle is light green in color. The cap does not fit very tightly and it feels that the product may spill. So, I am not sure if it will be very travel friendly. The bottle bears all the necessary product details. The product has been tagged with a price of 950 INR, which is surely very high and the product is not worth it. But, I have got this for 270 INR. Overall, the packaging is nice but not very travel friendly.
This variant is “Fresh & Oil” one. This shower gel has a blend of green melon & litchi. The fragrance is mild and fresh. But, it does not smell like green melon or litchi at all. The fragrance is nowhere close to a fruity scent. I love fruity fragrances so much; hence I did not find it very appealing; it is not at all bothering though. The fragrance is not overpowering. But, it does not linger for long and fades away quickly within a few minutes.
The shower gel is light green in color. The consistency is gel-like but is slightly runny, so there are chances of spilling the product. The shower gel lathers pretty well and gets foamy easily. The shower gel washes off easily with water and does not give that slippery feel. It does not leave any residue behind. It cleanses my skin very well giving me a squeaky clean feel. It cleans away every bit of oil and dirt from my body leaving my skin clean and fresh. My skin becomes soft and smooth when I use this shower gel. It does not dry out my skin at all. But I still apply some lotion after that, as my skin dries out gradually. It does have some hydrating properties, which helps to retain enough moisture and keeps my skin nourished. So, it does not snatch my skin moisture but it might not be very hydrating for very dry skin.
Overall, the shower gel has a decent quality. It works nicely in cleansing the skin. It is apt for summers. But, I did not find its fragrance to be refreshing or calming.
