Body washes are my absolute favorite bath and beauty products. I usually love strongly-scented ones and recently picked up a few body washes from Fa and today’s review is all about Fa Magic Oil Blue Lotus Caring and Fresh Shower Gel. Read on to know more!

My Experience with Fa Magic Oil Blue Lotus Shower Gel:

The shower gel comes in a blue transparent plastic bottle. There is a lot of information on the back of the bottle. There is a glitter paper on the back of the info list which makes the gel looks like sparkly. There is a dark blue capsule and this is the flip cap. The cap closes with a click but it is not very strong. I don’t think there would be any leakage, but I am not willing to take this risk. The bottle is sleek and sits beautiful in the shower!

The shower gel is almost transparent with a light hint of blue. It is gel like and has a medium thick consistency. The fragrance is what sets it apart. It is strong and very floral. It smells like yanga flower. I am not sure how blue lotus smells, but if it smells like this, I am sure that blue lotus would be my favorite flower! The smell might not be liked by all as it is very strong and the whole bathroom smells like a flower garden. The scent stays on for another 30 minutes and I wish it stayed longer.

The shower gel lathers very well with or without a loofah, but this is due to the presence of SLS. Once you rinse it off, you can see a layer of oil on the skin because of the presence of micro oils. The product makes the skin very smooth and soft. It doesn’t dry the skin which is a big plus. My skin gets very dry in winters and this one doesn’t cause any issues, but it is not that effective that you can go without a lotion. A good moisturizer is needed to be followed up to keep the skin hydrated and nourished. The product doesn’t provide moistuization.

It cleanses the skin thoroughly and removes any dirt or grime while adding perfume to it! The product removes any body odor and controls any smell for a long time! I love the body wash only for the smell and I would repurchase it again for the same reason!
