Fabindia Khus and Aloe Vera Body Wash
Hey girls I am back! This time with a review of body wash. Browsing through the various e-shopping sites is my favorite pastime 😉 and this one caught my eye. Fabindia products have always worked well for me and I thought of giving this one a try too. The skin benefits of aloevera are well known by all of us. I quickly googled for Khus and found out- Khus is commonly known as Vetiver. I have used a Just Herbs face pack with vetiver as an ingredient and loved it. Also, I found out that Khus is used as aroma therapy oil. This was enough to impress me. I went ahead and bought it. Let’s find out how this one fared for me.

My experience with Fabindia khus and aloevera body wash:
The Fabindia khus and aloevera body wash comes in a sturdy, semi-transparent white bottle with a screw cap which has a ‘press to open’ top. It is spill proof and travel-friendly. The body wash comes in the form of a pale green clear transparent gel.
I found on Wikipedia that khus essence is dark green in color. Aloe vera gel is colorless in its natural form. So I presume very little or no artificial color has been added to this. The body wash has a mild natural kind of fragrance, which I believe is the fragrance of khus. Aloevera itself does not have any significant fragrance (correct me if I am wrong girls, at least the plant that I have at home does not have any). What I noticed that if I use less quantity, the fragrance is barely noticeable even when I am bathing. But when I use a liberal quantity of the product, the mild fresh fragrance of the wash lasts even after 3 hours of bathing. And the fragrance does not seem to be artificial added fragrance. It foams quite well. It gives a squeaky clean and fresh feeling to my skin. It does not have moisturizing properties but it does not dry out my skin at all. Also, since I have dry skin myself, I can recommend this to those with dry skin as well as oily skin. I absolutely love this body wash. All in all, I would describe this as a perfect for summers body wash. I am sure our skin would love this in summer!
