My Experience with The Face Shop Nylon Fiber Facial Mask Brush:

I always wanted to buy a facial mask brush that would help me apply all my DIY recipes during the weekends. My husband came across this brush at the store in Singapore and got this one for me. I couldn’t wait to try this by myself so quickly made a pack and applied it with this brush.

I’ve tried a lot of products from this brand and quite love this brand. Their skincare range is just the best, and this is the very first tool I’ve tried by this brand. I am also looking forward to trying their sponges now.

The packaging of the brush is decent. This one comes sealed in a plastic cover that is transparent in the front and white at the back. All the necessary information is printed on the back and the quality of the cover is good. It’s a nylon fibre brush that has a pale green handle. The handle is nice and sturdy. You have the logo embossed on its handle and the handle is curved.

The metallic ferrule is strong and sturdy. I tried to pull the handle several times to check if it’s strong enough and I can conclude that it’s nice and strong. This is one thing I always look for because once the handle breaks the brush becomes useless.

When I first saw the brush it had white shiny bristles but they lost their shine upon washing. The bristles of the brush are densely packed and I haven’t faced any fall out yet. I’ve washed the brush a couple of times and it hasn’t shed any bristle so far.

The bristles are made up of nylon fibre and feel soft on the skin during application. Since the bristles are made up of nylon the brush takes a lot of time to dry completely. But this doesn’t bother me as such because this is a facial mask brush and I wouldn’t mind using a wet brush for applying my face packs.

The shape of the brush is good too. I’ve used a face mask brush from Vega earlier and it had a tapered shape in the end. While this one is levelled at the end and reaches out smaller areas too during application. It holds all kinds of masks well and facilitates easier and convenient application of the product.

Applying the face pack with fingers makes the process messy but this brush makes the job easy. I love moving the pack on my face and this brush makes me feel as if I’m painting my face. I love to pick this one up when I am done making the face pack or when my face pack is ready.
