My Experience with The Face Shop Oil Blotting Paper:

The packaging of the product is very basic. The blotting paper comes inside a small rectangular cardboard box. The box has an opening to pull out the blotting paper, which is covered by a cardboard flap cover. This box comes housed in a plastic cover. Overall, the packaging is average and could have been better. There must be plastic case in place of paper box as that would be sturdier and fit for travel purposes. The cardboard box needs to be stored too securely to prevent it from breaking.

The blotting paper is a normal rectangular-shaped, brown-colored paper made up of natural hemp. Though, the size looks pretty small, it is good enough to blot the oil and sebum from the entire face. Now coming to the performance of these blotting papers. It feels very smooth and gentle on the skin. It does not irritate my sensitive skin in any way.

I have combination-oily skin and I need these blotting papers every now and then in such humid weather here. The paper absorbs all the excess oil and sebum in just on go and leaves my skin pretty matte and smooth. It takes away all the excess shine from my face and does not disturb my face in any way. The effect lasts for pretty long.

Overall, the product performs really well and turned out to be a saviour for my skin type. I do not need my mattifying powders anymore. The only con of this product is the packaging. I wish the papers come in a plastic case with a mirror and a puff for easier storage and use.
