Today I’ll be reviewing a Faces lipstick. This lipstick belongs to their newly launched ‘Glam On’ range. The range has some really nice colors hence I picked up three of these- Fuchsia Love, Lady in Red; Pink about me, which I’ll be reviewing today. Let’s get started!

Description:
My experience on Faces 02 Pink About Me Glam On Color Perfect Lipstick:
Packaging: These lipsticks come in a black and gold cardboard box. The box has all the details printed on every side. The lipstick itself is packed in a clear plastic rectangular box-thing. I would have preferred if the plastic thing wasn’t there. The bullet is gold in color. The sticker at the bottom reveals the shade name. Overall, the packaging is functional.
Color/Pigmentation: ‘Pink About me’ is a gorgeous fuchsia pink color. It isn’t too bright, in-your-face kind of shade; it is a bit subtle. I really love this shade! The pigmentation is really impressive. As they claim that one swipe is enough, it really is! Although I do go in second time just to even the color and to make sure my lips are well coated. The pigmentation is buildable but honestly, you wouldn’t feel the need to build it up!
Texture: This lipstick is really smooth and very creamy. It glides on super easily, even on dry lips. It won’t accentuate dry patches on the lips. It moisturizes my lips really well. It has a satin finish to it and it gives a nice sheen to the lips, but as time passes, the sheen fades. By the end of the day, the lipstick settles to a matte finish.
Staying power: I really like the staying power of this lipstick. It stays on so long, survives meals and drinks. It transfers very little, even though it isn’t matte! I put this lipstick on at 2 PM and it was there till 10PM. I even washed my face it between, and all it did was fade a little! It stays fresh for 4-5 hours after which it starts to fade and look matte.
Smell/Taste: It doesn’t have any peculiar smell or taste!
