My Experience with Faces 08 Willful Wine Go Chic Lip-Gloss:

The lip-gloss tube comes in a simple black cardboard outer packaging. The outer packaging has all the details printed in white. The lip-gloss comes in a cylindrical transparent plastic tube with a black screw cap. It has a simple doe-foot applicator, which helps in precise application. The packaging is sturdy and travel friendly.

The color as the name suggests is a sheer wine shade, which is loaded with copper shimmers. The shimmers are sparse but do not look over-powering on the lips. Overall, the shimmers are not chunky. The shade will suit almost all skin tones. The pigmentation is not good. I was expecting the color to be intense but the shade is so sheer. Even after multiple swipes the lip-gloss gives sheer coverage. This was a huge disappointment for me. Though the lip-gloss gives sheer coverage but this wine shade goes well with pigmented lips too.

It has a weird fragrance. It smells like some soap. The lip-gloss tastes sweet, but I do not like my lippies to taste like anything. The texture of the lip-gloss is smooth and creamy. It glides on the lips smoothly. The consistency is neither too thin nor too thick. It feels comfortable on the lips. It does not bleed at all. It adds gorgeous shine to the lips. It gives plump effect to the lips.

The lasting power is 3.5 to 4 hours approx. with light meals. But once the lip-gloss fades, shimmers are left behind. Overall, I find this lip-gloss good for this festive season at such a low-price. Go for it if you are ok with its sheer finish.
