Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation

Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation

Hello Everyone!!!

Today, I am going to be reviewing Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation in NOF651.  I actually decided to go for this because I have combination skin and plus when I tried this foundation, it really looked good. I have really tanned skin and all other foundations had slightly cool pinkish undertone like those Revlon foundations, which are a big no-no for me.

This water-based formulation is ideal for oil-prone skin seeking sheer coverage. Helps make your skin appear radiant, healthy and re-energized. Will not cause breakouts. Skin stays fresh and smooth all day without clogging pores.  It is available in 13 shades.  There are 7 yellow tones and 6 pink tones.

Around Rs. 700 for 300 ml.  Price mentioned on the site is 18$ for 30 ml.

So, let me tell you about my experience with it.

My Experience with Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation:

It has the flat dispenser which is easy to deal with since you can very easily control the amount you want to use.

The packing is also very simple but cute. Its a sheer coverage foundation hence very wearable in the day and kind of easy to apply, but like all other foundations, has a tendency to make someone look like a clown if applied too much. One thing I like about this foundation is that it gives a very mild JLo glow to your face after some time. Its a very natural shade and looks very natural on proper application.

So, let’s get down to the pros and cons of the product:

Pros of Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation:

  • Easily blendable.
  • Gives a very daily wear, light sheer coverage.
  • Imparts a nice glow.
  • Has shade options out of which the yellow tones would suit tanned and dark people.
  • Oil free, hence would suit combination and oily skin types.

Cons of Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation:

  • I can’t really think of any. It would have been good if the foundation gave more coverage, but that’s it.

IMBB Rating:

4/5.

Would I Buy Faces Cosmetics Oil-Free Foundation Again?

Maybe, but I would also like to first check other new options that might be available in the market.

Hope you all liked my review.

  1. it looks like every product of faces cosmetics are getting good reviews. It is one indian brand which offers quality products at reasonable prices.

  2. Great review, Lipi! Was looking for a good foundation…and was about to buy Revlon colorstay. But will definitely check this first. Btw, what shade are u in Mac? I’m NC45…will this be good for me?

  3. the product seems nice..but er..the packaging? dus it not look like what Lakme did to the foundation bottles ages ago?? like really ages ago? I don’t understand however, as to how can v use that spatula bit in taking out foundation? 🙁

  4. finding the right match is a tough task for someone with yellow undertones..i have also suffered this ordeal..good that you found yours:)

  5. Thanks for the revu Lipi…this sounds like a good product! but right now I’m in love with my Bourjois Mineral Matte…! Will check this out after that is over. 🙂 The spatula kind of seems strange though! Wouldn’t it be more difficult to use it to get the product??
