My Experience with Faces Glam On Blush Apricot Blush:
The blush comes packed in a regular black colored faces packaging. The outer carton bears every necessary detail about the product on it. Inside this carton comes a small circular palette. The round palette has the beautiful blush inside it. The base of the palette has a label indicating the shade name, shelf life, etc. The blush palette, has a clear flip cap that has the brand’s tagline embossed on it in golden fonts. The packaging of this blush is very nice, sturdy and travel friendly. The shade “Apricot” is a nice warm toned pinkish blush, that will flatter fair to medium skin tones very nicely. This shade adds subtle pink glow to the cheeks.
It looks very natural on the cheeks. One can easily carry it at any time of the day and just anywhere without having a second thought. It has very fine micro shimmer, that add subtle glow and gives a nice dewy finish to the skin. So, it is great option for those who do not like that shimmery blushes and want their blush to look more natural. The pigmentation of this blush is average but the color is easily buildable. I would not say it is an insanely pigmented and I would consider it as a pro because the color intensity can be build up easily without having a fear of getting those clown cheeks. This makes it a good option for beginners too.
The texture of the blush is soft and super smooth.
It feels almost like a crème blush. It feels so comfortable on the skin and does not even feel, that I have applied anything to my skin. It blends into the skin like a dream without getting patchy. The formula is not powdery and there is no significant fall out issues. There was a little powder fall outs in the pan while picking up the product. The blush does not cling to the dry patches of the skin. Though it is powder blush but it almost feels like a crème blush.
It keeps the skin matte and oil free all the time. The blush is pretty safe to be used on sensitive skin and acne prone skin. It never broke me out. The staying power of the blush has turned out to be a little disappointing for me. I expected it to stay for a little long but it hardly stayed for 4 hours or so on my oily skin and fades away gradually. I would love it even more, if it lasted for a little longer.
