My Experience with Faces Glam On Perfect Cinnamon Blush:
The blush comes packed in a regular black colored faces packaging. The outer carton bears almost each and every necessary detail about the product on it. Inside this carton comes a small circular palette. This palette shuts tightly with a clear lid. The lid has the brand name embossed on it in gold fonts. The base of the palette has a label indicating the shade name, shelf life, etc. The packaging of this blush is nice, sleek and fit for travel purposes.
The shade “Perfect Cinnamon” is a nice warm toned peachy brown blush, that will flatter medium to dusky skin tones very nicely. It looks browner with little peachy hints. I tried an orange blush from essence but it did not go well with my skin tone. This blush has very little orangish hue, that goes perfectly well with my skin tone. One can easily carry it at any time of the day, without having a second thought. The blush has very fine micro shimmer, that add subtle glow to the skin. It looks almost matte with a slight dewy finish. The shimmers are very finely milled and non-chunky. The pigmentation of this blush is good and the color is easily buildable. One can control the color intensity, according to the requirement, as it is not insanely pigmented.
The texture of the blush is soft and super smooth. I did not feel it to be chalky or dry on the skin. It feels so comfortable on my skin and blends so beautifully like a dream without getting patchy. The formula is not powdery and there is no significant fall out issues.
There is minimal fall out in the pan, while picking up the product. The blush does not cling to the dry patches of the skin. I have open pores; it does not highlight them and blends seamlessly. Though it is powder blush but it almost feels like a crème blush while blending. It keeps the skin matte and oil free. The blush is pretty safe to be used on sensitive skin and acne prone skin. It did not cause any skin irritation or other skin ailments. It did not break me out at all.
The staying power of the blush has turned out to be a little disappointing for me. I expected it stays for a little long but it stayed for 4 hours or so on my oily skin and fades away gradually. Though, the same can be enhanced using a good primer underneath. But, I would have loved it even more if the lasting power were better.
