Faces Just Looking #10 Ultime Pro Velvet Matte Lipstick Review

On my recent visit to the Faces outlet, I spotted the new launches of the Ultime Pro range and picked up the shade “Just Looking #10.”

Rs. 649/- for 4.5 gm.

My Experience with Faces Just Looking #10 Ultime Pro Velvet Matte Lipstick:

The lipstick comes in an outer paper carton with color-coded sticker with name and number mentioned on it. The ingredients and other details are also mentioned on the paper carton. The lipstick tube is matte black plastic with color-coded sticker with shade name and number. Unlike the previous range, these lipsticks come in normal-sized lipstick packaging. The cap shuts with a click and hence is travel friendly.

The texture of this lipstick is awesome I would say. Perfectly matte with creamy feel, the texture is to die for. There is no shine but enough moisture provided to keep the lips supple for long. I did not feel the need for any balm for added moisture as required in other matte lipsticks; very forgiving when it comes to dry chapped lips.

The pigmentation is buildable. Two swipes would be more than enough to cover pigmented lips. If you want a sheer coverage, go for a single swipe. There is no caking or peeling however even when swiped multiple times. The shade is pretty unique when it comes to drugstore brands. I can best describe it as a milky peachy coral. It beautifully complements my NC 42 skin tone and best suited for ladies with warmer undertones. A very distinctive shade in my stash I must admit.

The staying power is again something which gets a huge applause from my end. It stays on and on. Also survives mini meals to full on lunch with minimal fading from the middle portion of lower lips. It has never vanished from my lips.  On the contrary, you can totally skip lip liners with this lipstick. It would stay just as long and strong.

Definitely….matte lovers – this range should not be missed (shout out to Neha :))  It’s a super awesome range launched by Faces, I might pick up more lipsticks from the range.
