Fashionable and Trendy Winter Jackets for Women

Fashionable and Trendy Winter Jackets for Women

Hello Lovely IMBB Ladies, Winter is almost here and most of us must have already started planning our wardrobe for the season, especially those living on the northern part of the country and know how chilly it is going to be in about a month-and-a-half , know that this is the ideal time to go hunting for the latest trends for the coming season, especially winter jackets.

In the following post, I have tried to summarize what I could gather about a few must-haves in your wardrobe this winter. In case, I have missed something, please do let me know.

1. Faux Fur Animal Print Coats.

One absolute essential this season is the leopard print faux fur coat. It is the perfect partner for your winter wardrobe according to the latest trends. You can try leopard print, you can try Zebra, tiger, leopard or cheetah prints and maybe any other that you come across. A great pairing would be skinny jeans and ankle boots to stay warm and stylish over the new season.

2. Quilted Biker Jackets:

This lust-after leather jacket is the perfect addition to your wardrobe. Wear with skinny jeans for the ultimate biker chic look. Try colors like brown, off-white or black according to your preference. You can also try teaming it up with denim shorts with woolen tights underneath.

3. Trench Coats:

I love Trench coats for the simple fact that I find them very versatile. A stylish short trench coat with double-breasted buttons and a sexy belted waist will look gorgeous with a short skirt and heeled boots and equally great over a saree. Indulge in dark colors like black, grey or navy blue.

4. Glam Faux Fur Jacket:

A faux fur jacket is something that you may want to have if youโ€™re in late teens or early twenties and want to play it up. A shimmering faux fur jacket with 3/4-length sleeves can add glamour to your otherwise dull winter evenings. It will go with everything from denims to casual pants and will pep up your style quotient while keeping you extra warm and comfy and therefore, is a great investment for this winter.

5. Short Toggle Detail Parka:

A short parka can ward off the cold winter winds and make you look chic. And if it has a faux fur collar, that will be an added bonus and will keep you as warm as an Eskimo! An ideal accompaniment could be jeans and medium heel pumps.

6. Embellished Jacket:

A soft draped jacket that is covered in pretty matte sequins can be a great accessory for a formal evening. Team it up over lace or silk dress for that resplendent look or pair it with jeans (no stone washed jeans with this please!!) for dressed-down glamour. It is guaranteed to make heads turn!!

7. Corduroy Blazer:

Okay, I admit this one is an all-time favorite of mine and I may sound a little biased here, but I have a weakness for corduroy blazers. This is one essential winter wear item which is stylish, comfortable and elegant. Whether it is a lunch meeting, or a evening out with friends, this jacket will never fail you!

It can be worn with most of your clothes. I personally prefer getting these tailor made and make sure that I wear a silk scarf around my neck with this blazer to add style and keep my neck warm at the same time. The cut and style must look completely flattering on your body frame otherwise it may look a little drab!

For wider body frames avoid wide ribs / cords, for short height people, prefer corduroys in vertical cords.

8. Western Denim Jacket:

A denim jacket can be worn over a dress or a pair of long Tee with fitting tights and pumps for a chic day time look. A good season to wear would be when it gets a little cold during evenings but not that cold to be wearing a actually warm jacket.

9. ย Drape Pocket Jacket:

This stylish jacket can be both smart and casual; the draped pockets add a unique twist to this classic wardrobe staple. A drape like this can make a wide frame look thinner, and the fall can hide a few imperfections here and there.

10. Woollen Shrug:

This wool purple shrug is absolutely the warm piece for cool winter. They can effectively preventing you from coolness. The thickness and suppleness of the piece is able to protect you from coolness if you are working whole day inside full-air conditioning office. The piece is also suitable for outdoor activities like going shopping and dates. You can pair this piece with cool nylon tops and jeans. Or else you can also pairing it with shift dress if you required a formal office outfit.

Hope you girls enjoyed reading through.
