fashion and you I am so irritated with making endless calls at fashion and you that I have decided to write a post on IMBB. In last post about fashion and you experience, Sanjeev mentioned that I had asked for a refund of my shoes from fashion and you website. Well! It’s been almost a month and the shoes are still lying with me. Their customer care executive mentioned that the return pick up would happen within 3-7 days. Well! that never happened. I kept making endless calls asking about my package pick up they kept giving lame excuses, saying sorry and what not.

A few days back they sent this mail :

Although I had completely lost trust in the website , I still thought I’d courier the shoes back because they are just lying waste with me.

The very next day of receiving the mail a courier guy calls asking if he could come and pick my fashion and you package. I was happy thinking that atleast they are taking some steps to rectify their mistake. I was proved wrong once again!. It’s been three days now but no one has come to pick my package nor have I been informed that the pick up won’t be happening. Oh!! their customer care SUCKS!! Earlier the calls were answered quickly but these days I am on hold for 15- 20 minutes and sometime it goe son forever. The last time, I called up the customer care, not only their executive was rude to meΒ  but she also kept me on hold forever. They didn’t have courtesy to call back as well.

Last month only I also made a a purchase of another pair of shoes. I received those shoes on Saturday. Those shoes look old. They look as if they have been tried by zillion people. And there is this dirty stain on them.

(I hope they steal this image and put it on their websiteΒ  :snicker: )

This has been the most horrible shopping experience ever. Even the road side shop keepers are honest and sell new stuff to their customers. Fashion and you guys are just minting money selling old, dirty stuff at higher prices.

                I emailed to their support for cancellation of my account.

  3. I had the exact same experience – mail and immediately the next day someone offering to pick it up…me waiting…nobody turning up. The pair of shoes I got though doesn’t have pooop or anything else stuck to it O:)

        1. I have had great experience with sigma when I chose their express shipping. bad when i chose the normal one. Bt products have always been excellent. i love sigma eye makeup brushes. Use them every day. :))

        The first one Harish is the seniormost authority wise I guess. Just try mailing him. If no response, then mail the other two.

  13. the only thing isthat i pay for online is my mobile account and tatasky.. πŸ˜› i am SO gonna steer clear from FnY. I was planning on purchasing a few stuff but after all this negative reviews, i will stay away…i was to order a few stuff but luckily i was busy and kept putting it off.. whew!!

    1. sugi you’d have to pay 600 rs extra to redeem that credit. You can redeem rs 100 credit only if your order is for rs 1500 excluding vat and shipping.

  15. Lol…I like your reference to their dubious picture sourcing practices…I saw on someone else’s blog that they stole a picture of a Sari she’d posted (can’t remember whose blog though!)
    I’m a member, but just for browsing πŸ˜› I only trust E-bay and Amazon for my fashion bargains!

    P.S. those shoes are :sick: totally unacceptable! Hope this post gets them to clean up their act (… and products!)

    Also recently I made purchases with tradus and timtara..n both are fantastic..customer care service,products,packing,delivery etc everything were just great

  19. I totally understand what you are going through. I had placed an order on the 21st of Feb, made a payment online and am still awaiting my order. You cannot imagine the torture i have gone through making umpteen number of calls..listening to their stupid excuses & reasons…worst they put you on hold endlessly sometimes. I have lost complete trust in this product. I wouldnt mind filing a case against them for ‘cheating’ and mental harassment. I am extremely irritated with the treatment meted and hope these idiots realize their folly and send my shoes.

    I placed an order for 2 pairs of CROCS shoes yesterday at FashionAndYou, at 50% discount. But unfortunately, it was only AFTER I had placed the order that I decided to look on the internet for the feedback on this online retail website. I have come across only and only disappointing and angry and frustrated customer reviews by people who have been duped and lost their money. I have been deeply regretting my decision ever since.

    I called up the customer care to cancel my order but they said it would not be possible. I told them about the negative feedback and I was assured that my product would be delivered on time and of the desired quality. But reading all the online outbursts has convinced me it’s not going to happen.

    I live in Delhi and their office address on the website is in Gurgaon. Has anybody gone to their office for their complaints? Is it possible to get a cancellation there?

    Or should I just patiently wait for my shoes to get delivered, if at all, and then take any steps.

    Does anybody know if the website owners have been sued in the consumer courts?

    Any help/tips/suggestions would be appreciated.

  21. I was always tempted to buy from f&u….but after reading the previous article written by Sanjeev and how they stole Rads’ pics, i decided to stay away from it.   22. Fashion and you sucks.. customer care is pathetic. They sent me same order 3 times and charged on my card, tried calling them for weeks and requesting refund and they didnt budge. Finally gave up as the order was a cosmetic and I could give it to my friends. Since that day bye bye fashion and you.
