Hello everyone,

Today I am reviewing one of the hairsprays I have been using. I have tried hair sprays from several brands from drugstores to salon brands. Most of the hair sprays make my hair crunchy,stiff and some leave a white residue. So I keep trying new hair sprays. On my quest to find a decent hair spray, I came across Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold hair spray. Let’s see how this one performed.

Packaging:
Product comes in a tall white aluminum can with a spray pump. Nothing fancy but looks quite sturdy. The diameter of the can is small. Makes it easy to hold the bottle in your hand.

Directions:
For best results, hold can 8-12” from hair, spray evenly.

My experience with Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold hair spray :

I have long curly hair which becomes wavy when I brush them. I sometimes style my hair using a curler or just style my bangs. I use this hair spray to set my curls. In general, I don’t like hair sprays very much because of the way it makes my hair crunchy and sticky. But this particular hair spray is sheer and doesn’t give that crunchy feeling. But it does hold my curls all day long. I also have fine baby hair. I use this hair spray to set them. One neat little trick I learned is to get a tooth brush and spray the hair spray on the brush and use the brush to set the baby hair instead of spraying the hair spray directly on them. This method works well for me and I do not have to worry about flyaway hair. I also use the hair spray when I want to tease my hair. Works really well for this purpose.

I am not fond of the smell of this hair spray. Though the smell is not overpowering, it is not a pleasant smell, atleast to me. Other people might disagree with me on this one. The hair spray nozzle has a very tiny opening. The good thing is it dispenses the product fine but the bad thing is, the nozzle gets clogged often. I have to clean the nozzle very often so that the product doesn’t clog it.

Overall this is a very good hair spray. Doesn’t weigh my hair down. My hair doesn’t feel crunchy after using it. Hair looks natural not stiff. This also gives a great hold and style stays all day long. This tames those annoying flyaways.

Will I repurchase Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold hair spray?

Yes. It is a good hair spray. But the hair spray is expensive. I will repurchase it until I find a better one.
