My Experience with Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Amplifying Eye Primer Invisipink:

The product comes in the signature beige-colored Fenty Beauty outer packaging. The primer comes in the similar beige pink colored frosted finish glass tube, just like their face primer. The brand’s tagline is printed on this tube. It has a screw-on type cap, which closely securely making it leak-proof. There is a doe-foot applicator attached with the cap. The length of the applicator wand is just right to work with. The applicator picks up the right amount of the product. Overall, the packaging is sleek and the tube does not occupy much space in my makeup pouch.

The eye primer comes in only one shade i.e. “Invisipink.” The primer is light in color with some pinkish hue. Once blended, it does not leave any cast behind and mixes with the color of the skin. I have slightly darker eyelids and this primer covers them nicely and creates a flawless canvas for eye makeup. This is a versatile shade suitable for all skin tones. The primer has a very mild and non-bothering vanilla fragrance.

The texture of the primer is feathery light and feels ultra comfortable on the skin. It does not feel like sitting on the skin. It does not make my skin greasy. The texture is smooth and creamy more like a whipped cream. A little amount goes a long way. It glides effortlessly on the skin and blends within seconds. I use my fingers to prime my eyes and this primer blends amazingly well within seconds. It kind of melts with the warmth of my skin and sinks into it without much effort. It does not look heavy or cakey on the skin. It sets to a soft matte finish. This primer is amazing for all skin types especially for those with oily eyelids.

The brand claims it to be a color boosting, smoothening and crease-proof primer. It lives upto the claims and gives me a smooth and crease-free base. It prevents my eyeshadow from creasing and smudging. It dos not settle into the fine lines of the eyelids. It also brightens up dull eyes. It keeps my eye makeup in place, even in humid weather. It works nicely with all types of eyeshadows.

As Fenty Beauty claims, this primer intensifies the color of the eye shadow and makes it look more vibrant. It also enhances the longevity of the eye shadow to 6 hours or more, which is again impressive. Overall, this is a good, all-in-one primer that covers everything you need from a primer and creates an amazing base for makeup.
