From where (pref in Pune, India) can one procure authentic essential Oils?? Essential oils are of great use in beauty treatments ,skin care and hair care.Oils of lavender,Rosemary,Cedarwood etc mixed in the right prop with a carrier oil can give great results .However ,they are still not very commonly used and from where to procure pure ones remains a question.I know some brands like Aromamagic but not sure of its quality.
I use essential oils of Aroma Magic.
I think this you can find at near by beauty store or any Aroma MAgic counters.
I don’t know about other companies. :(( :(( :((
I think Aromamagic makes pretty good oils. I myself use them only.

my friend has used their oil called ‘stimulate’ for hairloss or something ,she said its good, maybe u can check .. 🙂

i went to pune recently and my frnd took me to this market called Pimpri… there’s a shop by the name sugandhalay. u can try from thr as i picked up some oil fragrances from there.. hope it helps! :rainbow:

Yup I think such small shops you will get pure quality oils…PImpri is a big area…will search though..thanks :toothygrin:

I just use 2-3 drops in my bath oil . sometimes a drop or two in making packs. Mostly I use them in my oil diffusers. 🙂

Hi Sonam, it’s always safe to use essential oils with a carrier oil like almond oil, though many say lavender is mild enough to be used neat but better safe than sorry!!! Essential oils are very high on concentration & the may lead to allergic reactions like rashes, burns or hyperpigmentation if they don’t suit your skin. You should pick the ones which are meant for your skin type. They can be blended with face packs…I have also been using aroma magic & i’ve liked it…Do buy essential oils only from a trusted source, because there are possiblities of adultration.

Also want to add, Never expose your skin directly to sunlight when using essential oils specially the citrus oils, as they lead to skin discolouration.To be on the safe side I use them only at night…Rose & lavender suit most skin types, so maybe you can start with them. :))

hey u can try at the Inspiration beauty salon at aundh, they sell essential oils their, i havent tried any of those, but had seen many ladies buying them from there….
