  2. Nice article neha… As i was going thro each item, i was thinking out aloud whether i use it and what i can substitute it with. Like for salmon and mackerel…. I substituted with the local fresh water fish and cod liver oil capsules readily available. Blueberries not available… Strawberries yes…. Could not find sunstitute of flax seeds… But its oil is available…. So i guess… Its a real easy list to incorporate in our daily routine…. But dont know about sea weed…. ?????
